Criticize MMU Library System!!! Beh Song Liao~!!!!
Went to the library today to find that I have been fined RM5!!! That's about the highest record that I have ever had! And I know I have always been renewing the books. They are no where near overdued. How in the world could I be fined RM5?!?!
Flipping back the pages of my memory, the emails the Library system sent me didn't even mention that I was fined. I thought that was why the system was created - to let people know if their books are renewed and if they are fined. Without notice, without warning, without anything... And I'm fined! Argghhh!!!!
I felt like a bomb exploded in my head when the lady at the counter told me I owe the library RM5. WHAT? How is that possible? And the lady began explaining in a whole string of BM... Ermm... Sorry... My brain doesn't process BM that quickly...
Trying to keep the smile on my face (I wonder how did I look at that point...), I listened to the lady at the counter explain patiently that if I don't get any notice from the online system straightaway, I have to come and ask at the counter. (Yeah right, what if I'm somewhere away from the campus? I thought the system was created for the convenience of people.)
Next time... I won't use the damn online system. What's the use to renew my books only to get fined? Bought an experience with RM5. Good lesson...
